My dog might be sick?????
My dog is acting very strange , she is not her usual self. She just wants to be outside and is very unsure and follows you everywhere, she is not usually like this she is acting very strange. When she lays down her back legs constantly twitch. Could there be something wrong with her???

If the twitching is new, bring her to the Vet.

Has she eaten anything she should not have? I would take her to the vet take a stool sample with you just in case.

Is the dog very old? Very young? A little more information would be helpful. But, as Mastiff said, bring a stool sample with you to the Vet. A fresh one....I know, I know....ewwww....but necessary.

A vet trip is in order. Leg twitching or "tremors" can be a sign of something amiss with her endocrine system...or a sign of pain. Either way a vet will need tosee her.
