In search of snow

A little amble in the high country today southwest of Calgary, some ridge walking through drifted snow.

Below, Keeper's world, very happy to be free of her cone as the wind whips her.

After rolling in some drifts, Abby shakes it off . . .

Keeper and Abby do the tourist thing.

A hardy survivor hangs on.

Below, time to go home . . . . out there somewhere, looking east, but not as far as Toronto, across the Great Plains and The Canadian Shield.

That shake is a great action shot, Rick! I love the little bits of slobber that got into the swing of things.

Beautiful country!

Lettin the cat outta the bag is a whole lot easier than puttin it back in.

Most of the stuff people worry about ain't gonna happen anyway.
