My Chihuahua had an accident Eyes rapid and head tilt will he be ok

Help! My 4 yet old chihuahua had an accident yesterday about 3pm (Christmas day) a ceramic bowl fell from the bench and hit him on the head he screamed in pain for about a minute and his head was tilted right around his eyes were twitching back and forth rapidly we rushed him to the emergency vet who have him on a drip gave him nausea injections and have said they'll see how he goes overnight... His blood test came back OK but he hasn't improved it is now 4.39am the next day... The vet said if he hadnt improved we would have to look at euthenasia I am totally heartbroken wondering if my baby is going to make it... Does anyone have any advice... I really need it I need my baby back at home with us 😭

So sorry to hear this but if your dooger is at the vet's , that's the best place for him.

4 years old is young for a dog and hopefully he's a fighter so I'm wishing your whole family good vibes.

I don't think it could hurt if you rub dooger and give him caresses and talk to him in a reassuring voice while he's at the vet.
