LOST KITTEN - Burlington ON

Grey and black tabby with a brown belly. Only one year old. Answers to “Mika.” She's extremely timid so she may be hiding somewhere. She's wearing a black collar with diamonds and a bell but no I.D. She's not declawed. This is her first time outside since she is not an outdoor cat. She's greatly missed and too young to be on her own! She's been missing since August 4th in the Orchard area near Pathfinder and Sutton. If you have any information on her, please call no matter what time. Kelsey 905-464-6106.

Your kitty is probably not far, cats who have not been accustomed to going outside are generally very timid, find a hiding spot and will not come out even when the owners are calling them if they are scared.

Have you tried looking at 3-5AM? This is generally the time they will come out of hiding. Perhaps taking a flashlight to peer in hiding spots to look for the reflection of eyes. She may only be a couple of doors down hiding under a deck or in a shed.

Are you able to leave some of her used kitty litter outside so she can smell her scent?

Good luck and please keep us updated.

What a little sweet tabby-girl,I you find her..
What I did when a cat I had seen on a missing-poster stuck around my house.
The owner of the cat, brought a small crate, put some T-Shirts of his in there, together with some food and it worked I found the cat sleeping in the crate and called the owner.
for your little one

Thanks guys for the advice and concern! I have cat litter and food out and I'm going back out to search tonight and putting posters up in the morning. It's probable someone took her in since she is so young so I'm going door to door as well. I hope she is found soon.
