I was the step mom to three wonderful pet rats for about 6 months. They have gone back to their other human mom now. But I have this great macro of the hairless rats face.

Rebel, the rat. She has tiny tiny hairs on her face.

Ha ha, as would mine. People hated to come over because I would take them out of their cage and let them run around the room. They were of course potty trained.

Thanks everyone , whenever you see good pictures of my dogs, it's my brother's work And about rats, hummm, don't know, I still freak out when I see a field mouse ! And my mom just freaks seing rats on tv (so I made her watch Willard ) Altough I did have a white rat when I was a teenager But once I close the cage door on his paw (accident) and he hated me from then on ! (he wasn't injured, the door wasn't close all the way)

Oh I love that picture of Layla!

Yeah, the rats really freaked me out when they first came to live with me. Then I realized they all had different personalities and could be trained (brain-washed) to do tricks. They would even come to when I called them to their individual names.

Missy's tounge

And Riley's chin

I had to shrink the photo's by 80% or they wouldn't load, but at full res you could take a small square and is would be so detailed it was freaky. Still playing with the settings though.

Emma's nose and ear

Thank you for placing *Macros* as a topic. You had me grabbing my user's manual to figure out how to do it with my digital camera! Many neat pictures as well. Thanks again!

Sorry I had put it into the title, but not the comments. It is inside/outside the ear.
