Oh Frenchy! you made me shed some tears! of happiness of course! That is so awesome!! I am especially happy for your Ben! He deserves retirement and it sounds like he is headed that way!! I am also so glad that you will have some quality time to spend with the rest of the pack and Sam of course! Hey you can add another one to your wall of fame! thats what I tell my girlfriend who fosters alot of rescues! (not that that is what its all about but it is an accomplishment!!) My girlfriend has helped sooo many dogs and I love her for it! I made a collage of all of the dogs that she had helped or fostered (with the help of many people who had pictures to share!) and we made a large print and framed it for her! she really likes it !! and it reminds you of what you have done!

for Ben!

I was kidding I feel so much better when the fosters leave happy (they all do) I remember about Sheba , that first evening at your place , on the couch with Lewis , she looked so happy , she knew she was finally home. That's what it's all about.

I don't remember which foster but one time , the new family sent me an update the next day , they told me the dog got up on their bed and slept there (it was ok with the new family) I couldn't believe it because the foster spend 1-2 months at my place and never got on MY bed !

I do hope he will try it ! they already know to be careful to not exercising him too much at first , little by little. They sounds like such great animals owners. They would fit right in here (pets.ca)

Yes I did and yes they will !!!! They left a while ago, they are wonderful people , they live for their dogs. Even Nelly wanted to leave with them I am so happy for Ben he let them lift him up into their truck , they rolled down his window and he looked at me smiling as they drove away. Then , I saw him sit back and watch the road ahead. A new beginning for Ben.

OMG Frenchy, I am crying for you. They do look like very nice people and it is definitely a good thing for everyone.

How beautifully selfless of you to care for these pooches on their way to a new life. And now you get much needed time with Sam.

God Bless!

I couldn't do what I do if it wasn't for family just like them to adopt my fosters. I (and my fuzzbutts) have an open invitation to their place (I should say estate because they own a land and their living room is as big as my house )

Lucky lucky Ben !!!!!

Same thing they always do when a foster leaves : sleep. I never know if it's because they're sad or relieved there's one less dog in the house.

A new beginning for Ben!! well put Frenchy! He smiled at you when he left because he knows how awesome his temporary Mom was!! How are you? It must be tough to see them go but yet so rewarding to know what you have accomplished! I guess best put as an emotional roller coaster at times!

I was going to call this a "happy ending" story but it's not.....it's a whole new beginning for Ben. I am so happy that you found him such a wonderful home.

That is a great picture of them with Ben and I am looking forward to them joining pets.ca and getting pics and updates of Ben.
