OTC Low Reside Diet

Hello,

My (almost) 5 year old cat has been on the Iams Prescription Low Reside diet for a few years now. It has been very successful in preventing diareha. But I have a new job that is outside of the city that I live in, and I'm finding it very difficult to make it to my vet during her 9am-6pm weekday hours. So I'm hoping to find a similar product that I would be able to purchase at a pet food store that may have hours that work better with my schedule.

Any suggestions? TIA.

but of course we have suggestions and welcome to the forum!

As far as i know - pet stores don't carry prescription pet foods.

Easiest solution would be to google vets in the NEW area you will be working...someone should have it there..and maybe you could pick it up on a lunch break..

Hi Repunzal123!

Is it canned or kibble that your kitty is eating? What was s/he eating before the "prescription" diet, when they were having diarrhea?
