Unhappy vomiting

My chow is 10 years old and will go through spells where she will vomit every morning. IT is a yellow/greenish color and is thick. I have taken her to the vet a couple of times but the can not tell my what the problem is. I read that if a dog is hungry that they will throw up. I did notice that she was eating grass and I thought it meant that their stomach was upset.

Does he go in water like a lake or creek?

I Know when my dog does the next morning he hacks up greenish yellow stuff.. sometimes with a little grass in it.

But we know when ever he goes in the creek the next morning he is sick.

Hi

Could it be the grass itself?
Maybe keep her away from grass for a while...see what happens?
