YES ! This is Excellent news !!


My older sister moved to Ca. and she didn't know there was a very strict leash law and let her black lab out in her yard alone . The ACO picked up my sister's dog and she called to see how long she had to pick him up before he was killed . My sister was told she had 5 days ,she needed to borrow a car to pick up her dog . She went to the pound on the second day and was told her dog was killed ! The jerk didn't tell my sister that black dogs are the first one to put down !
