rott, chasing hindend

My rott is just at the end of a three week, in-heat, seige. She is vigorously trying to get at her hehind, in doing so is tearing up my grass. I have inspected her stool and see no signs of worms. Is there anything I can treat her with for what appears to be "itching" ? ? ?

Your dog could have a vaginal infection, or anal gland problems. I would take her to the the vet.
