Cats, the old ones and the new one

Let's start with a picture of Chinook, seen from above. (Erin sneaked in the shot, naughty girl!)

Now Erin alone, being her usual talkative self, and Mimi, the new addition. Complete with a lion cut, courtesy of her former owner.

Not a fan of that lion cut either but hopefully it won't take long to grow back. She is a pretty girl.
Erin looks like a lot of fun! And we need to see Chinook's face.

Such pretty cats, Bluedrake! Mimi is going to love it there!

So what was Erin telling you?

I've never seen a cat with a lion clip before! That's some 'do'!!

LOL, I love that shot of Erin. Mimi looks like a little doll. I can't wait to see her with all her fur grown out.

Two more pics. The first one is Chinook giving me her best "bug off" look. The other one is Erin being nosy (as usual), and Chinook sulking (as usual.)

Erin looks like she's playing peek-a-boo!

Chinook is beautiful. Serious beyond her years, though.

All your kitties are so purrty.

I love Chinook's "bug off" look.

Poor Mimi with a lion cut.....was it because she was matted? Erin looks like quite the character ....I think orange cats have the best personalities.

Yes. Poor thing was a mess. She was weighted recently when she got her shots. She's a whopping 16 pounds

Since she is so round, she can't clean herself properly, and former owner was not too keen on brushing.

She also shaved her because she thought she would be too hot with her big fur coat.

Vet says she has to get down to around 10 pounds. No easy task. It will take the best part of a year to bring her to a normal weight.

To think Chinook weighs 10 pounds and Erin is barely 8.5 pounds!
