Woofstock 2004
it's here this wknd!!
FREE ADMISSION to an outdoor event in toronto where u get the chance to bring ur dog(s)!!! http://www.woofstock.ca I'll be there 2mor (sat) 11:30-3:30. anyone interested in meeting up w da pooches?

I would love to go to that but unfortunately I have to go out of town for the weekend & can't change my plans. Your pointer Honey looks very much like my Amelia. Where did you get her?

Jeese Waggie nuthin like a little notice....(If I missed it earlier sorry) I know I can't come Saturday De-skunking and all......Lmao
But maybe Sunday maybe but jeese wish I had known earlier coulda made some plans the site looks great and I'm sure Buddy woulda stayed away from the skunks had he known he might meet some chicks......j/k

I rescued Honey from Toronto Animal Services, Scarborough
It's a city run shelter in Scarborough. I used to volunteer there and Honey tore at my heart every time I saw her and had to get her out of there! She was very skinny and sickly when I brought her home. Paid the full adoption fee to get her but that didn't matter to me, I knew she needed out of there and I was the one to do it She is a beautiful girl! Her and Chocolate hit it off from the moment they first met. That made me so very happy After she went to visit with Aggie, Tim and Choco a couple of times she didn't wanna come back to me  hahaha! brat

oh, Luba, this was your idea... which i was very glad to take part of!
anywho, for those still Thinking about going to woofStock 2004, i HIGHLY recommand it!! we all had a BLAST, unfortunately, we couldnt survive more than 2hrs, it was a TOtally dog social experience. i have nEver imagined seeing so many dogs in such a small place... EVER! it was like worms popping out of a can GO, GO TO WOOFSTOCK! ur dog(s) will thank u w peace and silence in the home  (sleeping of course! u'll even hit the sacks)

that must have been a fantastic experiece, oh i wish we had something similar, it really makes the puppies a part of society, real members, how much fun would that be, oh i would have tried to cuddle everything that walked past i think, am so uncontrolable around dogs (i need better training maybe). will they have it again, it would be nice if it was an annual event, next year take half of the board with you and send back lots of piccies, did you get any on the weekend??
