New to the Puppy world

Hello everyone,
Just a week ago I got my little female Yorkshire Terrier - KiKi (tea cup size) and on the way home (6 hr drive), she had 3 siezures on route and 1 more when we got her home. I took her to the vet immediately and he gave her glucose and kept her overnight on an IV.
KiKi is doing much better now and she is very active. So I am a first timer for owing a dog...waited til my children were full grown...now KiKi is my little wonder pup and looking forward to building a wonderful relationship with her.

Good luck Luckynat3,

I too am hopefully waiting to get a Yorkie sometime soon, I am still in the midst of looking for a pup either rescue or by breeder. I too am sorry for such a scary beginning.

I hope the puppy and you feel better now!

Deb

New to the

Whoever or wherever you purchased this pup from should be informed of this pup's condition, it is illegal to sell a sick pup. The sellers should re-emburse you for the vet bills if you have a contract.
