Question Puppy won't walk on his lead at all...!

Was wondering if anyone could offer any advice?

I've got a 4 month old puppy Chihuahua called Prince...
I'm having trouble getting him to walk with his harness on. Whenever I put it on, even just in the house so he can try and get used to it, he refuses to move and cowers in a corner as if you've been shouting at him!

I've tried coaxing him with treats and praise etc. but he refuses to budge.

I've taken him outside to even try and see if that entices him to move but he just screams as if he's being murdered!

Any one got any advice?!

Thanks alot!

Sorry had to post twice, didn't work the 1st time!

What kind of harness are you using?
We use Puppia harnesses There really Comfy. This is one of the few thing's he will wear.
