sudden pee problem
hello, I have a 2 year old half Lab. half Dane who was neutered at the age of 5 months. Just recently, about 5 days in a row now, I wake up to see that he has peed in the basement. It is clearly pee, for they are pretty big puddles and always the same spot. I do not know what to do, and why this is happening every day now, we have a regular schedule for potty which has worked for quite some time now.
Thank you Chris |

Hi Chris... & welcome to the forum.
First thing I would do is take him to the vet for a once over just to rule out any medical issues. 2nd thing is completely clean the area with something with a neurtlizer like Natures Miracle. Good luck! |

He may have a urinary tract infection. Is he peeing more frequently during the day as well? Can you get a urine sample to the vet for a culture?
Welcome to pets.ca Chris . Any chance we can see a pic of your boy ?

thank you for the quick replies. He is not peeing more often during the day. I'll try to get a urine sample, but definatly I'm going to take him to the vet and take it from there.
