Elder berries mean gray jays and waxwings

The elders are heavy with ripe berries and the birds have just discovered them. I'm hoping the Orioles will return to feast too, in the meantime, just the gray jays and the waxwings are gorging themselves. I hope to get more waxwing pics, they have a load of new fledglings with them that are too cute.

I never get any of the Grey Jays The Waxwings I get here come a bit later, I think more towards them starting their migration. Sometimes in one of the birdbaths there will be a whole bunch of them at the same time. I will try and take a pic if I see them doing it this year. Thanks for sharing.
