Unhappy stopping my cat urinating round the house

Can someone help us our cat sally is just over a year old. she is litter trained but seems to have a habbit of urinating in places around he house aswell. her favourite spots seem to be any clothes that may be on the floor, open bags and OUR BED... how do i stop her doing this cos it is really causing issues for us I would hate to get rid of her as we do love her very much and she is good company for our other cat. we thought it might be cos we put her litter tray outside but she has been doing it before then. also she is very wary of going out.

please can u answer our questions ta
