8 year old cocker irregular vomiting

Hi. I'm new to this site. I have an 8 year old male, neutered cocker spaniel who vomited 3 times over 2 days last week, and then again last night.

He is allergic to many things, including soy and eats a fairly strict diet of either California Natural lamb and rice or Nutro lamb and rice food. He eats a lot of ice cubes as treats and, rarely, will have some table scraps - I noticed the last time he vomited he had eaten a small piece of wheat bread in the hours before.

Anyone have any insight?
