Cat Peeing on the Floor

My cat keeps peeing on the floor for what seems like no reason. How can I make it stop? I've tried everything and he is literally ruining my floor. The only two options I can see now are getting him diapers or putting him down.

Some info about my cat:

He's 1 year old, but before shaming me about putting him down you must know that he has a 4/6 heart murmur and therefore probably won't make it to his second birthday.

He's a Persian cat, he's neutered and he's on heart meds. Nothing has changed to make him upset. He's not anxious in any way. And he does not have UTI.

He keeps peeing in the same place, and we keep cleaning it. His litterbox is constantly spotless and he has no problems using it.

PLEASE HELP ME.
