Sally my American Spanial
We,ve had Sally now for 7years. We recently moved. We have both our dogs on a Petsafe wireless fence for about 3 years. Now that we have moved if any of the neighbors come into the yard with there dogs she will attack their dogs. She never showed this behavior before in our old house. When we are walking she is good. I don't stop when I'm passing people and their dogs and with her she walks by others and their dogs usually no problem.I live in a rural community and everyone stops by. except for now help

Sounds like she learned to trust your neighbors and their dogs at the old address. She doesn't know these people or dogs and she feels threatened -so she is lashing out. I suggest you ask your neighbors to let you know when they are coming, and then take the opportunity to teach her manners. She doesn't have to like the other dogs but she does have to be polite. That comes through training, and trusting that you won't let any harm come to her when these new dogs show up.
You could also plan to meet these neighborhood dogs at a neutral location and then walk back to your house after they have established a comfortable relationship. Often when we walk together we become friends and that can be a great way to get started.
