Yellow Lab in pound - will DIE on FRIDAY a.m.

Kapuskasing animal control has a BEAUTIFUL yellow lab approx 2 yrs old in the pound. Owners have not come forward, and "Buddy"'s time is up on Friday morning.

If you have room to foster and live in the Kap. area contact Lise at: animalrescuekap@hotmail.com

For info on adopting Buddy into a loving forever home, or for more info about him contact: starview@ntl.sympatico.ca

Thank y'all for your time and consideration.

Try Rosie Animal Adoption. They normally take Yellow Labs right away.

A rescue up in that area contacted me and said someone has already taken Buddy to try him out to see how he works out. They will continue to watch for him in case he is returned.

OUF,that was a close call!To answer your question Iggette ; pounds/shelter/spca's have different "time limit" before euthanizing dogs, and depending on the season (sometimes they are full capacity).I know,it sucks! Thanks to everyone here that saved this guy!
