perfect pasta without 'steaming" up your kitchen

Hi All!

I have used this method for years when I make my pasta.

Select the pot you will be using for the pasta..( I use a stock pot)

Fill 3/4 full (again depends on type of pasta)

Heat to rolling boil

*Add pasta & give a quick stir & COVER REMOVE FROM HEAT DO NOT REOPEN I just put on on a different burner

I use a timer set it for 15minutes & walk away or do something else for your dinner.

After timer has beeped or finished .. drain & continue with your pasta dinner.

ENJOY!

No more heatin up the kitchen making your pasta

Good tip . Did you also know that you can make lasagna without cooking the noodles?
