Im going crazy! I love my little guy and cant stop thinking of the worst, we didnt have a snowstorm here last night, but very cold weather... I hope at least someone picked them up and gave them a place to stay overnight.

Ill keep you guys posted if anything happens.

I volunteer at one of the shelters and will check out the stray room. I also have an 'in' with another.
Did you send them photos of the babes? This helps tremendously.

E-mail pictures to the shelters??? Or bring them yourself? See above for those SPCA's within surrounding areas.

I see in the pics that they may have been wearing collars?
No ID tags?
Maybe you could check with Navan dog rescue....it was so cold last night.

we found them!!!!!! we did door to door and
a guy a couple houses down had them with his dogs, but the problem was that the guy said that he didn't have them twice! I had to park outside kindof hiding, then I saw them in his backyard. I then knocked on his dog and said that I saw my dogs in his backyard! He said the next time he sees them, I won't get them back wtf!!!! The guy has like 8 dogs which are probably all stolen! Anyways at least I have my babys back.

Glad to hear it.
You are awfully lucky.

Please advise all shelters that you contacted to let them know that you found your dogs. This is a courtesy call to make.
Also, I would advise them about the response you got from this guy...why would he deny you your dogs back unless something hanky panky is going on. Let the HS know immediately. You are right - maybe he does have lost dogs. Please report this.

Please..as a grateful citizen getting your dogs back, please contact the HS that you found your dogs and also report what you saw and the conversation.
In doing so you may save some hardships if the dogs go missing again...and you may be responsible for helping reunite other dogs with owners. One never knows.
Please do this.

Lucky you Bastien! And I second the others, please call HS. You may be helping to get someone else's well-loved and lost dog home.

I am soooo glad you got them back, and I second what BenMax said, I was going through lost dog listings in the area you're were missing and you'd be amazed at the ones still missing for the past month, who knows, those dogs could be them or one or two...please please let the spca know, if nothing else, you could have him checked out for being over the limit of dogs.

I'm sooooo happy you got your dogs back. I am also suspicious of the guy that has a yard full of dogs. Get someone to investigate for sure. Let us know what comes up.

That's great that the pups are home again.
Yes, most definitely call the township and/or the bylaw officer; your crazy neighbour needs to be exposed.
And maybe think about installing a spring loaded latch on your fence gate, like the type required on swimming pool fences. The gate will automatically shut if somebody leaves it open.

Maybe go farther than that and get a padlock on it, now knowing who lives in the neighbourhood.

my suggestion would be to never let them outside without someone being with them, Brina is never out of my sight when she's outside. Your two are going to be gorgeous full grown and a quick sell for anyone who grabs them.

Well for now when we take the dogs out, we go with them just in case. But im moving on april 15th so after that im good, but my friend is not moving, he want to put a lock on the gates, and maybe even put cameras in case.

Bastien I'm so glad you got the dogs back. If you have not already done it I would also get them both fixed (I know one is not yours) asap. If they are unaltered they are much more desirable for someone to steal and sell. You've probably heard that fifty times here, but given this new twist it's worth a friendly reminder.
