Drako - thank you so very much for posting this...I am in tears (sitting in my office pretending I have something in my eye).

I have interesting feelings..mixed emotions I guess. One of pure delight and joy for these dogs and how this young soldier greeted his companions...very loving. The other side is of complete sorrow as I work with animals that are abandoned everyday and how little they ask and how loyal they are.

You have just reminded me why I do what I do. I thank you for that.

I travel for work often and when I come home Dracko is always just beyond himself with excitement when I am back. Even if it is just one night away he acts like it was a lot longer. I'm so used to walking in the door and just putting everything down to let him have his "time" with me. Never fails to make me laugh and warm my heart.

Drako - when I get home I have 5 cats and 2 dogs greeting me. I have to pick each and everyone up (a routine), make silly noises and kisses. The feral just looks at me as if to say 'just say hi.....and no kisses please or I'll gauge your eyes out!

That's so cool! My son gets that kind of greeting when he comes to visit and the grrrls haven't seen him for a while. It's a toss up who can get closest to him and the loser barks at the other one, then they switch. Nice video.

Mindy greets me like that when I come home from work (well maybe it just lasts a minute or two). When we went to visit my son who just moved out to go to school she was just beside herself with joy (and when he lived here she ignored him and he used to tease her)

What a heartwarming video. I can't understand people who think animals have no feelings.

When I get home, all 5 of my kitties come to me, some are already waiting by the screen. Their tails up in the air and they all want their pet. Vlad drops on his side and wants his belly rubbed. It's been my custom with him, when he was a kitten, I'd pick him up and rub his belly, now he lays on the floor. The others come one by one to say hello and for the next several hours they follow me everywhere. They want t be with us.
