Question Dwarf Rabbits

I have a three year old male dwarf rabbit that is not fixed. The other day when I came home in the evening he was very sluggish, not eating or drinking and not peeing or pooping. I also noticed that when he is lying down he arches his back. He is now drinking a little bit and eating a bit but still is a little sluggish and he is hopping around a little bit but he is still not peeing or pooping. There is some wet discharge I noticed where he has been sitting but it doesn't smell like urine. What kind of problem might this be? Is it related to the fact he isn't fixed? Could it be because of overfeeding oris it tummy trouble?
