Ear problems

My dog Ben a japanese akita, his left ear is causing him sometimes discomfort when touched, and he tends to scrach it alot and it makes a weird scwishy noise and also his ear has like dry blood inside and it smells.

What might be wrong with his ear?

Thanks.

Probably an ear infection, i suggest bringing him to the vet for some medication and ear drops.

I agree...Ben should see a vet. Depending on what type of infection it is, the vet can give you the proper meds to clear it up.
