Wink Let's share some tips about how to use the features of this site...

We were talking about how to use quotes in another thread, and I thought I would start this thread. Well, mona_b thought I should start this thread. So here it is. Any discoveries that would make our lives easier are welcome.

Here's Safyre and my explanation on quotes:

This next one might be clearer:

Copy the text you want to quote into your reply. And this is my attempt at explaining how to get a quote within a quote. After you've copied and pasted all the quotes you want to use:

You have to work backwards.

Another thing I learned is with pm's. When you send a pm, the pop up says, "Request read receipt?" If you press CANCEL, you don't request it. The message still sends, you just don't fill up your mailbox with read receipts.

Anybody else?
