Questions about Tux's death

I'm trying to "post" a very important question but I am having difficulty with navigating through this website to do so. I took my originally rescued cat "Tux" to a vet to be spayed, but autopsy revealed she was already spayed! It was a terrible experience and she died 3 days later in emergency care. Autopsy revealed vet left "long, thin, sharp tubular foreign object" in her ureter which resulted in her painful death. I need to talk with someone as to what to do, as per my suspicions with this vet (so it doesn't happen to anyone else's pet). How do I post on this website to discuss?

Welcome to the board, Dawn. I've moved your post to its own thread. Pls check your Private Message (see link at the upper right of your screen).

My condolences for your loss of Tux.
