Missing Dog Feared Stolen
Tuesday January 20, 2009
CityNews.ca Staff
Maryann Gaskin has been frantic with worry for two days.

Sunday, her four-month old Black Lab named Kobe (below) disappeared from her Rosedale home - and she fears someone may have stolen him.

Gaskin and her family were shoveling the driveway when they noticed Kobe wasn't bounding up to them or playing in the snow.

According to a neighbour, Kobe was last seen with two men who claimed to know Gaskin.

The dog has a micro-chip implanted in his skin and Gaskin hopes that will lead Kobe back to her. She's called local animal shelters and veterinary clinics and they're on the lookout.

She's also filed a report with the police.

If you spot the pup, call 416-324-8815.

Marianne Dimain speaks with the distraught Gaskin and tells you where Kobe was last seen on CityNews at Five and Six.

If this story was run why cant others do the same?
