Unhappy Is my dog in need of a vet!

I came home work to find my dog unintrested and food, and laying on the floor. As far as I know there is no diheria, or vommitting, she seems to be very intrested in eating grass, and laying down. Should I immediatly take her to the vet

I`m not a vet but I usually wait 24 hrs. before I go see the vet unless the symptoms seem life threatening.

Your dog may have eaten something it shouldn`t have.

If symptoms persist after 24 hrs. then Iwould see the vet .Good luck

If it's a large dog, you should defintely read up on Bloating ... it's where the dogs stomach flips over and it gives them a very short amount of time to live.
A few of the symptons you described are symptons of bloat... and it's very common!
If you catch it too late, to try and save your dogs life, the surgery usually costs around $1,500 dollars.
