Siamese looking for home - Cyberkitten help!

I've just been informed of 2 Siamese cats, spayed females I believe, 8 years old, that are now looking for a home. Their mom had a stroke and cannot take care of them anymore. They are in Trois-Rivières and might be moved to Montreal shortly. I'll have more info about them soon.

Cyberkitten, is there a rep for Siamese rescue in the area?

Or does any other cat rescue think that they could help find a home for these two girls?

My boss called to tell me I got a promotion (yay! I wasn't expecting it) and ended up telling me about this because I'm the official animal rescue rep at work now...

Where are these cats going to be staying?

You might try contacting Sasha's - they do a lot of purebreds.

From what I understand, for now, they're staying in the mother's apartment in Trois-Rivières and someone comes to feed them every day. However, the daughter has to empty her mom's apartment soon (not sure exactly when, this is 2nd hand info) and she might bring them to Montreal temporarily.

Apparently, the mother said that if something happened to her, the cats were to be euthanized. However, the daughter doesn't want to do it as they are healthy cats...

Thanks for the tip... I already have an email from M-C from Sasha's in my inbox

I know this is a little far, but it is a siamese rescue.

Thanks Happycats!

I've just gotten confirmation that Sasha's Den will be able to take them in! I'm glad these poor girls will have a place to go and someone looking to find them a new home!

You might want to contact Joan (the Westmount Cat Lady). She seems to specialize in purebred cats.
