Unhappy please help

I have a two yr old cat and a 3 yr old cat. My 2 yr old, Sophia, has recently started to lose her hair on her back. it's like a someone has took a razor and shaved her. she was fixed about a year ago and there hasn't been any major changes since then. my other cat does not have this problem. water got in one room in my house during a flood and mold has started to form on the wall. would that have anything to do with Sophia's hair loss?
i would really appreciate it if you could e-mail me with any information that you have. thank you. my e-mail address is dynzimeshel@aol.com

maybe it's stress? or a change in food?

i don't think it should have anything to do with the fact she was neutered...

On which part of her back is the hair loss? Just on the lower part, or from the head down?

On the back of the first cat, the cause of hair loss is probably due to intensive self licking. This intensive licking is probably due to stress induced by all the the abnormal activity produced in the home of that cat during and after the flodding : anxiety

A homeopathic remedy that can help in this situation is called MILIANAT given 3 granules once a day for 2 to 3 weeks.

Good luck

i think your cat's hair loss os caused by a fungal infection.. coz hair loss is common when animals are stricken with fungal infections..

and i bet the pool of water that came into your house is where your cat got her fungal infection..

are you sure that the cat hasnt had any fights recently..
