Zak - St. Catty's day

Both Zak and the Leprecon got into the catnip and started wrestling like goofballs. And a portrait of my boy and me.

Great pics Marko. I love how the orange fur stands out against the green background (almost the same colour as your goatee )

Great pics, Marko! Where do you get the backgrounds? Mine are always stale paint or my duvet.

That leprechaun looks so happy to be with your kitties. Zak and Zig are so pretty.

I'm surprised nobody has taken their pets with Guinness or something.

LOL Marko, those are some great pics . How on earth do you get them to cooperate so well? Something special added to that catnip perhaps .

Thanks for the compliments everyone. Actually we often use very cheap props in these shots. I do have a few 'backgrounds' - but they are all just pieces of material that I purchased from a fabric seller years ago.

But the true secret in getting the cats to co-operate is Hypnosis. I just bore them into submission by talking nonsense to them.

OK OK the real secret....you need 2 people and Carmy (wifey) deserves half the credit for sure. She pets them until they are almost in a coma-like state. THEN she calls me to do all the easy work.

Marko, those are just stunning photos! Beautifully done!
Zig and Zac are both so gorgeous Green is their colour for sure!

How I admire your photgraphy skills and you make it sound so easy.

Must try your hypnosis technique suggestion with my kitties, Marko. I have great success with humans in this area.

Left my camera at my daughters.. but getting it this weekend. Will try to get a couple of the crew for the St.Catty's display.

They are wonderful. Beathoven look as miserable as Jesse and poor George, the torture. You are soooooooo getting reported for animal abuse.

Happy St Patrick's Day to all!

May you always have
Walls for the winds,
A roof for the rain,
Tea beside the fire,
Laughter to cheer you,
Those you love near you,
And all your heart might desire!

What a cute little leprechaun he is.

I've heard a different version of your Irish Toast. Happy St. Patrick's Day to you, Shamrock.

Cpietra and Wayne....your pics are very cute but none of them look too impressed with dressing up for St. Paddy's Day.
