Puppy approx 8 mo needs to be fixed
I live in Calgary and have a sheltie collie mix and she is needing to be fixed but i am not sure how much i am looking at to pay. Does anyone know of a vet that does not charge an arm and a leg? I love her dearly and would hate to see her have puppies right now.

Get your yellow pages, and look up all the vets in Calgary. Tell them how much your dog weighs and her age and ask how much they charge. Call the humane society as well and ask if they know of low cost spay/neuter clinics.
Spaying and neutering is a cost all pet owners must count on paying. In the meantime, please keep your dog inside so she WON'T get pregant. First of all she way too young, and secondly the shelters are PACKED with mixed breeds who cannot get homes. |

Dr. Torrance at the TransCanada Vet Clinic on 16th Avenue and Edmonton Trail NE is EXCELLENT!!!! And he is very reasonable as well.
