Question Good books about cat behaviour?

As any cat owner can attest to, cat behaviour runs the gamut from wildly infuriating to touchingly heartwarming, and many odd and bewildering actions in between (the entire range of which may be encountered through the course of a single day).

I'm greatly interested in gaining a little more insight as to what makes a cat 'tick', and am wondering if there are good books available to help me in this regard? Resources like this website (and other online resources) are fantastic, but I'd like something that really delves in to the details and references scientific studies/observations.

I see a lot of cat-related books written mostly from a humourous standpoint relating personal anecdotes and experiences. I'd like something that is written from a more, objective, fact-based standpoint.

Any recommendations?
