Napoleon Syndrome

Well, Buster and I are starting to get out more for evening walks now that the weather has improved. Tonight we were doing great when a large dog and his owner came into view. I got Buster to sit as did the other owner. We were good ...... dogs went forward, sniffing, happy looking and then....Buster lunged and barked and barked and barked. I explained he wouldn't hurt anyone and the guy just said....ya, but he has "Napoleon Syndrome"

I know...small dog, big attitude ....

I think we need to get back to basic training...
