Amherstburg Echo Unique article re:BSL

The Amherstburg Echo has an interesting article re: BSL. The council seems (acc the article) to be listening to those who know about dogs. They talk about "responsible ownership" instead of banning a breed. 1 suggestion was any dog classified as a "dangerous breed" must have proof of obiedience training to get liscenced. They said the majority of the council is leaning towards a ban on dogs who commit a dangerous act, rather then a generic ban on specific breeds.
Seems like this council is actually thinking and reasoning, instead of knee-jerking. For the whole article go to : www.amherstburgecho.com article by Amanda Galbraith
