Puppies and Swimming Pools
I am just wondering how old a puppy should be before he can go in a swimming pool. Buster is 10 weeks old and I am not sure if the chlorine could hurt him or not? Harley (age 3 1/2 yrs) goes in with no skin problems and we don't let him drink the water. Our pool is not over-chlorinated but the chemicals are still there.
Can this hurt a puppy??

Hi there, there are two different posts from awhile back about dogs and pools, the only one I could find was from June 3 'Pool Safety' (general forum)but I cannot find the other one for you maybe someone else will remember what the date was. Every dog has different skin, what is okay for one might cause irritation on the other (I) think it is a good idea to get him used to the water at a young age(just like kids), but rinse him after
