this is what happens during an evening walk, the dogs turn into ZOMBIES with MAGIC SPACE-AGE GLOWING FLASHLIGHT EYES (insert ooooooooooo sounds)

Very cute doggies techno. I love the glowing eyes. Why do dogs eyes glow yellow or green and ours are red when we get our pictures taken?

brandy, no idea why the glow is a different color... ok eye structure but does anybody know?

A dogs eye can gather more light in low-light condition because the diameter of their corneas and pupils is greater. As well, most dogs have a tapetum lucidum. Situated behind the retina, it acts like a mirror reflecting light back across the retina and out the pupil opening.

LOL All my walls look like that--and I won't even get into what the floors look like. The low tables are pretty good (dog tails are good for dusting low tables) but you don't want to touch any surfaces around here that are above tail level...

So what's my point? : Do what I do--ignore it until you're so used to it that it no longer bothers you... Some form of zen kicks in eventually and life goes on...without all that pesky cleaning!

Unfortunately, it's more like "if you don't clean it today it'll still be there tomorrow" That's where the zen comes in...calm, peaceful, and (most importantly) eyes closed while meditating...
