Fungus or mold

I don't know what this is but it has covered my tomato, pumpkin plants and my sons creeper.
It looks to be a grey/white film that covered the leaves and then a grey/blue fungus or something has spread over that.
Does anyone know what it might be and how to get rid of it before next year.

I will take a picture of it tomorrow and post it.

It's probably powdery mildew. A fungus that is common on Tomatoes. THere is no way to get rid of it really, if you are eating the tomatoes. The only thing you can do is make sure to buy/plant resistant varieties next year, or it will come back.

Lets see a picture, but from the weather we've been having, its been damp and cloudy enough for mold. There are things you can get to kill the mold spores, but they aren't that great for our health...

Make sure you take absolutly everything that's affected out of the garden when you clean it out for the winter. If at all possible, keep the affected stuff contained and have it removed from the property (as opposed to putting in a compost pile or something) to avoid contaminating anything else.
