Dog Urination Problem

I have recently moved in with 2 new roommates. My 3 year old female Bichon ****zu has now started urinating every chance that she gets into one of the roommates bedroom. Why would she be doing this, and what can I do to get her to stop?

There may be old odours from a previous occupant in the carpet, that are attracting her to that spot. Use "it's a miracle" and give it a good scrubbing.
