I would like to take the cat because I love black and white cats. I have a black/white, very fluffy boys. I already have three cats, one delcawed boy on all four paws, he is a handful and he meows alot. I don't think your kitty would be could in my household. You know what, you can post flyers around your neighbourhood to see if anyone wants a cat. That might work.

Karri, cats are independent creatures, they don't mind being left alone at all. When looking for a new home for your cat, if you really make the decision to give it up, ask for an adoption fee of at least 150 dollars. Dog fighting is quite popular in your area, and "free cats" are often used for bait (which is they throw them in a pit of terriers to increase the "prey drive" in the dog). It's very disgusting, and it's out of hand.

I'm really hoping you perhaps decide to keep your cat. Homing older cats especially dark older cats is very hard. Generally they will be put down. (Dark coloured animals get adopted less then lighter coloured animals)
