puppy acne?

I have a brand new great dane puppy who is 7 weeks old. He has several very small bulbous bumps around his body, some a bit scabby and some just raised from the skin's surface, they don't seem to be bothering him at all but I was just wondering if this is common in puppies or not. thank you!!

Puppies can get 'bumps' but you'd better let the vet look at it regardless, just in case it's something else
