Question Small soft lumps on dog's skin

We have recently adopted a staffordshire X from a local shelter. We have had her home for about 10 days now. She has since overnight developed small pea sized lumps all over. They seem to be more concentrated on her front quarters. She does not seem to be bothered by these (not scratching) and her bed area is clean and seems free of any visible signs of pests. Any thoughts?

Get her to the vet!

The small things can be worst. My friend had a dog who had red marks all over her skin, and they took him to the vet. It turned out he had an illness that caused his death that night. That was all within about seven hours!
