Exclamation Flakey ears

My one year old cat Tess has been experiencing a loss of fur on the back of her ears and the skin is flaking. They're also sensitive to the touch.
I looked in both ears and there were no smells or fleas there. One ear had little red bumps.
What is it?

Unhappy por kitty

SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR CAT. SOUNDS LIKE SHE NEEDS TO SEE THE VET. WHATEVER IT IS IT SOUNDS IRRITATED. GOOD LUCK.
MARY
