Kitten - litterbox training

I have two 10 week old kittens, one uses the litter box with no problem but the other one won't go near it. I bought a new one so they both have their own and still nothing. I secluded the one for a few days with the litter box but he thought he would rather go beside it. We have a small child and this same Kitten also wants to pee on all of her toys. I am wondering if there is something I am missing. I don't want to have to find another home for him because he is loved by our whole family.......any idea's?

Hi,

Go to a pet store and ask for products that attract kittens to the litterbox.

Also ask for foul smelling aerosol products that kittens hate and spray on those toys that the kitten is peeing on.
CONFIRM THAT that the product is safe for kids.

Also spaying and neutering helps with the marking behaviour.
Make sure the litterbox itself is in a private, quiet area.
