age of cat

Just a quick question. How old can a cat get? I know, silly question. James and I were just wondering, because of Sir William. He said he never knew of a cat that lived to be 20 years old. We were jus wondering how much llonger he would be with us. He's in very good health.

Well, glad to hear that. I figure that Sir William will probably live for five more years, maybe more. He's stil fairly active, and in good health, like I mentioned before. I was just curious, on how long he would be with us.

Spayed/neutered indoor cats can easily live to near 20.

My last cat, Monstrose, lived to be nearly 21, and was in perfect health up until a few weeks before I had to let him go.
He is 18 in this pic.

Smile old cat

My husband's mother and father have 4 cats. One of them we call "Super Cat" because my husband recused it when my husnabd was 4 years old and he is now 26 years old. SO the cat is really really old. But the cat is still kickin. Hopefully she lives lobger.
