Unbleached tripe the same as green tripe?

Subject asks the question, is unbleached tripe the same nutritional value as green tripe? My butcher has it unbleached, but with none of the funky green stomach contents. As a follow up, is this as good as the canned green tripe you can get at a good pet store? Thanks!

Once the tripe is bleached it loses the nutritional value that you would find in the green, uncleaned tripe. You want to find that nasty green stuff if you can! I have a really hard time finding fresh green tripe in my area, so I do buy Tripett from my local pet supply store

Ok, so unbleached tripe has nutritional value then. As long as I stay away from the bleached stuff in the grocery store, I should be ok.

As far as I can recall it is still illegal to sell (even store) raw green tripe in a location/ building that sells human food in Ontario.

Unbleached tripe is not the same and has no where the nutritional value.
