Welcome to the Site.......
What you do is when you post a reply, scroll down to where it says "additional options"...click on "manage attachments"..then you just upload the pics from there......

The Girls
Thanks. I hope this works. These are my "girls" Julia & Amelia. They are English Pointers both thirteen years young! Amelia (right)was adopted at 10 years of age from the Toronto Humane Society. She was featured on Breakfast Television. Julia was also rescued, a hunting dog whose owners no longer wanted her.

They are so pretty. What are their names again and how old are they! They look like they are good dogs. Are they inside ir outside dogs or both?

Julia & Amelia
Thank-you. They are definitely indoor dogs. Wherever I am, they want to be there too! Right now they are both sleeping in the computer room. They like the outdoors very much too. We have a huge leash free park in our area & they love to run.

Julia and Amelia are soooo pretty and kudos to you for rescuing them at an age where they might never have been adopted.

They are the best of friends. A match made in heaven! Amelia's foster mom told me she has never felt so comfortable placing a dog. After they established their "pecking order", I have never had a problem. I adoped Julia eight years prior to adopting Amelia. Interestingly, Julia allowed Amelia to be top dog. As for the running off leash, they are both very good now.It wasn't always that way. Our leash free area in Ajax is on a conservation area so there is a lot of interesting scents. Amelia has ran off down the ravine and completely disobeyed me when I called her. Needless to say, she lost her off leash privileges for a while. Now that they both are older, they are not interested in straying. They don't really play with the other dogs at the park either. They like other dogs but they prefer each other's company.

awww!
when Chocolate was younger, he LOVED other dogs (esp beagles!) but now that he's older, he's grown quite fond of his heritage roots (chasing squirrels, chipmunks, and even an interest in cats ) Honey got loose one time, I called her and she came right to me! tho I'm not keening on trying to see if she'll do it again, i miss them not being off-leash... one day, when i'll get that great big backyard, that's where they'll be. but for now, its the tennis court |
