Yes, he's very cute! He'd been starved and was very thin, but is putting on weight now.

Siberian

Lovely dogs!!! i am located in Brantford...and although we have a shelter here, there aren't often Siberians there. I need a very good natured animal, as I have a nine moth old son. My old girl is a real sweetheart, but she's slowly showing her age. She is partially deaf, and arthritis has crept into her hind end. She has been the most wonderful dog I have owned in a very long time. We rescued her from an abusive situation when she was six months old and have loved her ever since. If I had a larger house with a much larger back yard, I would adopt as many siberians as I could, but unfortunately, we only have room for one more right now! Please e-mail me with more info at laurentian92@rogers.com. thanks very much!

Oh. This puppy is very sweet and loving, but is about 6 hours away from you.

I'm sure you'll find one here. It's about 2 hours east of Toronto. Check out "Storm"!! He is at the shelter in Scarborough

Sibeowner, I'm not a big fan of huskies, but I think that puppy "Storm" is just stunning! Yes, please let us know which one you select!!

NatureGirl - Just an FYI, but no selling of pets is permitted on this board.

Are you sure you want to add another stress to your life with a nine month old baby. I would hate to see another dog surrendered (resurrendered) because someone can't handle a baby and a new dog..... its a lot of work!!

Just give it a thought! Please

another stress?

Thanks for the concern Luba, but raising children and dogs, and cats and horses, and running a household and working for a living are all part and parcel of my life....not any one of those things can be considered a stress in my life. I have a lovely large house, a huge fenced in (siberian proof, as I have already owned one for several years)yard, and more than enough love and time to shower on a new four legged addition to my home. I also have a loving, caring husband, a super nine year old, and my mother....so there are lots of people around to help out! As for surrendering a dog, I have adopted almost all my dogs from shelters, and not once have I ever returned one to a shelter. They have remained with my family until their passing.

Once again, thanks for the concern, but we've discussed this as a famly unit, and it's not going to be a stress!

J.
